State Superintendent Molly Spearman paid a surprise visit and brought the welcome message at the March 5th Lunch and Learn meeting.  The meeting was attended by approximately 140 of SCASBO’s membership.  The meeting provided a State Department of Education update on budget and finance information.  Mellanie Jinnette, CFO for the Department of Education, also introduced the finance staff which answer questions and provide assistance to school districts.
